March Cottage

The library is up! But we’re not quite ready to take books.

G’day Neighbour! Yes, there’s a library here. No, it doesn’t have any books in it yet. You probably have other questions. Here’s the story:

We’ve been planning this for a while and because it’s named in honour of our big girl, Daphne the Scottie (that’s her to the right), we want to get everything just right. That means we’re not quite ready for our neighbours to start using it.

But why is it on the fence if you’re not ready?

Because we had some help to get it up last week, but we’ve still got some work to do! There are some signs, gifts, and giveaways as well as some finishing touches to go up on the box itself before it can safely hold books.

I’m excited, what can I do in the meantime?

Now is the time to gather your books and get ready. Keep an eye out, and we’ll drop all the details about Daphne’s Library’s grand opening very soon.

Wait, grand opening?

Yes. Maybe. Depends.
